I have been going back and forth. Currently, when the battery is used, I have it on automatic and was getting about 3hrs. of life.

What do you have yours set on? What kind of battery life do you get? Any advice?

I go back and fourth. When I have it plugged in, I set everything on high, when I have it on battery, than I have it on auto.

On AC power, I have everything maxed. On battery, I run reduced/spindown and have short monitor sleep timers.

Just updated to 10.2.8 on my 15" 1GHz Aluminum last night, and ran 3:10 to the battery warning with 10 mins left on the indicator.
