So, I am thinking about getting SafeWare instead of AppleCare for my laptop and I would just like to know if anyone here has SafeWare...and if they do, if they had any problems getting their claims fulfilled, what they claimed for, whether the process was onerous, etc.

I have to say that for me, SafeWare seems like a good bet, but I'd like to hear some testimonials before i take the leap.

I e-mailed them to ask a question before buying it for my PB. Never got a response......never bought it.
