Just a quick one. My new AlPB15" is near to perfect ... just the F10 key seems to act a bit odd. It somehow has more resistence until it reacts to a key press and seems to have some kind of hard snap-back (I can even hear it). Anyone else have this?
It's the keyboard illumination brightness key!

I don't have that issue, but I do have to press extra hard to get my eject button to work. For a while, I thought it didn't work.
Now, what to do about these damn white spots!?!

Sorry to hear about that. I do not (yet?) have any white spots and I really hope it will stay this way! I read on several forums, that you can get your machine swaped or the screen replaced.

I have/had the same problem. Repeated use seemed to work the problem out. I took it to the Apple Store anyway, and they couldn't find anything obviously wrong. So I will see if it stays working correctly.
Additionally, my up arrow key, right shift key, and eject key seem to not be seated perfectly level. It doesn't affect performance so I will live with it.
