There were some topics along the lines of, "Which vendor do you prefer", etc., but here's my sets of questions:
What vendor did you use?
What brand did you receive (name, generic)?
Were there any issues (kernel panics, etc.)?
How much did you pay (US$)?

I got a 512MB RAM stick on order from MemoryX, who has a Yahoo! Store (that always sketches me out); it's the Samsung version purported to be approved by Apple...it's not cheap ($140 w/o shipping). I'm getting it overnight, and will let you all know how it goes, and then answer my own poll.
Lately, I've been getting a total Finder restart (everything dies, the little sundial spins), but there's no restart chime--it just dies, and comes back, shared volumes, even. It happened, I think, with Dreamweaver MX 2004 uploading.
It's the stock 1.25

So far, so good. Performance has definitetly improved a tad; can't wait to get yet another stick. I've plugged and unplugged the power, closed the lid, putting the PowerBook to sleep while attached to an external monitor, and have an Apple Wireless Mouse, with no problems so far. Mail, Safari, iChat running--with OS 10.2.8.
Dreamweaver still bogs down in terms of speed opening an AppleShare-connected-server-file, though...

I bought two sticks of 512 from Crucial (the two 256s that came installed went into other machines), and have had no trouble at all. I think I paid $140 each.
