Just received shipping info and tracking number,
but my 15' AlBook was shipped with FedEx not AirBorne Express!!!
shipped on 15th tracking says it will arrive 20th (chose 3-5 ship option when I ordered. The delivery falls over the weekend otherwise would probably arrive sooner!)

Mine too. I was debating canceling the 15" and ording a 12" instead, but the decision was made for me. :-) It shipped this morning (10/15) due on Monday by 10:30am. Stukel1, and I will have to report on the white spots and other issues on this later run of models.

I like fedex much better anyway. Also I would defiantly prefer a 15' over a 12'
I have had both
Good choices both of yall

My PowerMac shipped by FedEx. It arrived quickly enough, but the delivery man wouldn't help me carry the package up to my apartment. I know it's four flights of stairs, but I only weigh 110lbs and the box was 54lbs, and big enough for me to fit inside. Let's just say the guy was a lot bigger than me, plus it's his job (isn't it?), and I was going to tip him well.
As it turns out, I had to unpack the box in the hallway of my building and carry the pieces up individually. Not the best customer-service experience.

Lucky bastards!
My 15" Aluminum was shipped Airborne, and Idiots Express, uh, i mean, Airborne Express, delivered it to the Apple Store instead of to my apartment (yes, it was addressed to me).
I mean, street numbers 938 and 825 are about the same, no? Close enough, I guess they figured.
And then Airborne told me about every lie they could pull out of their behinds regarding my iPod shipment.

Ugh Airborne is the devil. A certain large monopolistic software company uses them to send out beta software and testers commonly find their packages in puddles, mangled to death, etc. The last time I had something come via Airborne they couldn't find my apartment and I had to go to their warehouse to pick up my package.
I could go on..
