Memory access requires 000 phillips (not 00). This apparent error in the manual required that I make a second trip to Sears this afternoon, as the 00 was too big. The good news is that the 000 was a dollar cheaper than the 00.

Or you can be handy and use an eyeglass kit or a steadily-held pocketknife

A #0 1.6mm screw driver will work perfectly also. (You can find them at Radioshack)

I don't think the designations 0, 00, 000, etc. are standard. I would rather Apple simply designate the size in mm. I bought a $10 set of screwdrivers from Radio Shack. I don't care what size they say they are, I just use the one that fits.

I just bought a #00 as well and it's too big for the screws as well. It barely fits, but feels like it will strip the head easily. Waiting to get a #000 in the mail. I wonder if Apple has replacement screws, two of the screws are stripped from the factory.
