Most definitely. Our whole campus is wireless and it's all one subnet, so you can roam around the campus with few problems. Course, we get railed for being incredibly geeky (which we are), but it's nice sometimes to just sit outside under a tree on a nice day and do some digital reading.

Just had ADSL and wireless installed in our house - BRILLIANT, plus only cost £75 for the router - Origo, cheapest, nastiest brilliant piece of kit (plus haggling from housemate) ever!
