New iBook - 'No Preinstalled Software' (UK Store)

Just looking at the new iBook and on the order page it says 'No Preinstalled Software'.

This struck me as odd as the specs page lists all the software that comes with it. Tony Hawk etc. etc.

Does it just mean that you have to install it yourself as you have to do will all European macs or what?

Just seemed odd that they needed to mention it at all.
