My brother (nate_02) sent his in on Monday hoping to get it back by Friday or Saturday. He has a bad HDD and a spotty LCD. Apple had a new HDD but there is a 2-WEEK BACKORDER on LCDs. If you must send yours in, check to make sure that Apple has the LCDs in stock to avoid waiting over 2 weeks.
It I want your opinion, I'll beat it out of you.

Have them send you a new one. I will have mine in less than a week after sending back my bad one.

I would rather have Apple's repair technicians check my PB over than their QC guys/gals. In the past, Apple has been good about repairs, so I trust them.
