I hate that. And you can't upgrade it later.

that annoys me. for 50 bucks, why not just build it in and make the price a little higher.

Make it a selling point and not a money wagon. Make the money off the base stations and bluetooth keyboards.

If apple was smarter they would do that.

Becuase most people will buy as it, without the bluetooth.

it doesn't make sense to me. Yes you can get a dongle, but that's if you are at home. ON the road you want it built in like airport.

I had a Centrino owner tell my that his PC had built in WiFi unlike my iBook. He probably meant his came with it standard.

[edit] I'm glad we can at least BTO with built-in Bluetooth, and I will pay the extra $50 for that as I keep losing my USB Bluetooth adapter.
