Okay, I'm so confused. It seems like the only option to burn DVD's on a mac is iDVD (but with ibooks no SD, so no GO) or go with

DVd Studio Pro 2. How big of an install is that?

My question is to my fellow ibook users, do you use an external DVD drive and what software do you use.

-I found Lacie has something called CaptyDVD

-Formac has their own software they sell with their external burner

-Toast 6 (but I'm still not sure if this burns DVD's like iDVD does)

It seems that there is no choice again for apple. they make the best software, but they are screwing over anyone w/o a SD.

So please, someone out there must use an ibook with an external burner and some dvd authoring software.
