Lucky me, my warranty expired right when Apple started warranting the paint failure of Powerbooks.
Is there any solution for me to cover up the HEINOUS peeling my Powerbook is exhibiting?
Thanks,
Paul

Just found out that I still have Applecare! w00 for Education purchases!!
Anyways, would it be wise to go ahead and get this paint issue resolved now, or at the end of my warranty (2005)
Will it bubble up again?
Thanks!
Paul

Congratulations! Applecare is always preferrable to krylon or rustoleum.

Go ahead, but just be prepared in case your Powerbook meets Choco Charlie the infamous candy smearing Mac Repair tech. I had to send mine back at least five times after trying to get them to repair the paint; each time it came back with something damaged; USB port; misaligned hinges, scratched top lid, not to mention the brown smears; chocolate or.....doo doo? Maybe the guy has begun washing his hands after taking his dump by now... Either that or he just gets his kicks by wiping his butt with peoples Powerbooks. ...Anyway, good luck.
