Today while i was writing a paper and i notice a faint white spot about 4 inches down on the center of the screen.

It is very faint, does apple have toleraces with this like the whole pixel thing? or should i wait a little bit and wait for them to fix this whole thing becuase people are reporting their books with the same problems.

Like i said its very faint right now and is only noticable with a white page.

I'm personally waiting on word that people have gotten this fixed from Apple first. Then, when it is fixed, I'll have my local Apple repair center order the parts then drop it off once they have them in. That way, I am not without the Powerbook that long.

It will likely get bigger, and more will appear. I don't think you'll have a problem convincing them in a couple of weeks.

I just got my screen swapped.. and they are back. I feel bad, because I just wasted more of Apple's money
