I was wondering wha tthe battery life is like on the new 17" rev b powerbooks. Can you get about 3 hours of battery life, or do you normally average around 2?

I only get 2.5 maybe a bit more from my 1.33MhZ 17". I have the 5400 rpm drive and 1gb of memory. I run everything and screen at 3/4. I would love 4. I have conditioned the battery this week with 3 deep drains and full charges. I only saw about 15 more minutes with Panther upgrade and can't, with confidence, even attribute that to Panther.

Remember it has much to do with what you use your powerbook for.
