Just xbenched my Rev B 17" under panther:

jaguar-108
panther-119

It's a boost none the less. As a side note, I got 4.5 hours out of the battery last night as opposed to 4 on Jag, thats with low proc speed, bluetooth off, airport on and the screen at half.

Specs:

Powerbook G4 17"
1.33, 80 GB, 1GB
people ruin everything....
