I have a G4 Powerbook 12" on the way and want to upgrade the RAM. I am curious as to how rapidly RAM costs are declining. I could go with a 512MB stick now for @ $100, but how fast are the 1GB sticks dropping in price? Can we expect to see 1GB modules below $400 anytime soon? What about $300?

I wouldn't expect those 1GIG chips to fall below $400 for at least another 6 months or so...I'd def. go w/ the 512MB stick for now.
