i like them on the left because i'm right-handed and use a mouse to the right of my 12". but i sympathize for the left-handed.

There are USB ports on either side for left or right handed people on the 15 and 17, maybe putting one USB on the right would satisify people on the 12 inch as well.

I just want a port replicator. No, not a bookendz one that you have to attach to every port, but a true port replicator that hooks into the Powerbooks via one connector. Put it on the bottom, so you would put the Powerbook o top of the device to dock, and you loose no space on the edges of the laptop.

Every other Pro laptop in the market offers this for the mobile worker, why dosen't Apple?
