Out of the box my powerbook has 4 stuck pixels, 7 more stuck on white all together in a cresent shape and the ever present white spot in the Maxfixit's #4 zone.

I'm in Europe now, browsed the Italian site and couldn't find a AppleCare Europe number. Who do I contact to get a case #. I don't want to send it in till the white spot issue is resolved but want to get a case number ASAP.

Apple has a bunch of locally charged phone numbers in Europe that youcan call.

However bear in mind that if you bought your Apple Care outside Europe you have to come up with a pretty good story to have them accept your case and come and pick it up.

Well I'm just using my standard warranty which is worldwide coverage for powerbooks. I didn't find anything in the phone book for direct numbers but will try some resellers perhaps they are service providers as well.

Hoping they will be able to send it up to Denmark? for repairs along with the thousands of other 15"ers.

199 120 800 is the number to call in Italy.

You can ask to speak English if you need to.
