well, i guess i spoke too soon. yesterday i said i'd had no problems whatsoever with my powerbook, aside from a low batter ah rating. well, today i noticed several aberrations on my screen. it's not dead pixels, not white spots. there is an area the size of a dime in the center where the color is just slightly lighter. there are "lines" like this to the right of this as well. it's weird. has anyone else had these? i'm calling techsupport now...we'll see what they say.

ok, i'm an idiot. admin, go ahead and delete this post. i'm new to mac, and new to these forums as well. i didn't think that what showed up today was the infamous white spots, but the more i learn the more i think it is. there are lines too, and that through me off. anyway, my apologies.
