Closed lid and did not go to sleep

	Just bought a 12" yesterday and let it charge up over night. Opened lid to check if it had fully charged and when I closed the lid back it did not go to sleep just cut off. Tried to trun it back on but it didn't come back on. As I was in a hurry to get to work I didn't ahve toime to look furture . Anyone have any ideas I can try to get to working this afternoon?
