I have a 15", 500 mhz Tibook (my wife's) and it was still running OS9.2 'til recently. I conned her into migrating to OSX via Panther. Here's the problem. We like to use our Tibook for watching DVD's on our 35" television. (we're getting a DVD player, but I'd like to get this figured out for picture viewing, etc...)
I pop Finding Nemo into the Tibook and up pops the DVD player. All is well. Now, I plug the Tibook into my TV via S-video and so far so good I see my desktop on the TV in extended desktop mode. Now I pop the DVD in and up pops an error message that I don't have enough video memory. The Tibook recognizes the external display and is displaying on it fine, but will not allow me to play a DVD on it. What am I doing wrong? It had plenty video memory under 9.2 to play a DVD on the external display, why not now?
Thanx for you help peoples!
