This is the 2nd time I have sent the laptop in for the same EXACT problem. So what do they do? Try to fix it by replacing the keyboard, same as the first time. Of course it doesn't fix the problem AT ALL. The thing still sinks when I press keys in the middle, and the lower right still snaps back. I don't understand how they can test the computer and send it back to be with the SAME problem it had before, TWICE. This is ridiculous.
