Excellent pictures. Haven't seen the G4 iBook in person my self. But those pictures really captured the details. Nice to compare the details with my "silver" iBook. Especially liked the slot loading cd tray. Looks more professional than my pop-up tray.

The best pics I have seen until now.
Would you mind posting a picture of the apple's logo when the computer is on?
Thanx a lot

Having had a few weeks now to compare it to my May 2001 iBook 500... I have to say I really like the coloring and feel of the new plastics. They feel great and the fit and finish is really good on this iBook. Of course my old iBook was great too... but I'm liking this one even more!

Unfortunately I have to take down the full resolution images, I'm close to hitting my bandwidth limit for the month already. If anyone would like to mirror any of the picts shoot me a message.
Thanks

I have a Canon S400. I set it on manual mode, turned off the flash... used the blinds in my living room to control the light (all natural light)... used my tripod so the pictures wouldn't blur and got in close... using macro setting for the tight shots. Adjusting the exposure and other settings when needed.
I am a fan of the Canon digital cameras. This is my second one (A20 being the previous).

Your pictures are excellent. Like one member said, they're the best pictures I've seen of the iBook G4 on the net, much better than the neutered ones Apple posted. They're making me itch for my incoming 12" iBook G4 even more.

I don't know about everyone else... but I love seeing macro shots of Apple hardware... the texture and detail is really interesting, especially when you get a nice clean shot.

Very impressive. I've got the Canon S200 currently, but am looking to sell it and upgrade to an A80. I'd really like the S400, as my S200 is an awesome cam, and maybe by the time I am ready to purchase the price will drop to the slightly-less-than-$400 that the A80 is - but if not, I'll get the A80 and live with it.
Next June/July is my family reunion, and I'd like to have something more than a 2MP camera by then.
And to bring this back on topic, I could mirror the photos, although not the hi-rez ones if you'd like.

Nice pics! I want one... (ibook/g4)
I got the Powershot G2 last year; I love it -- great camera.

Wow, fantastic quality. Nice shootin.
What gallery software is that? Something you homebrewed? I love the presentation and layout, it's very clean.
And, yep, Canon digital cams are sweet. I'm the happy owner of a Powershot S230 myself. It's easily one of the best devices I've ever bought.

That is my own design, of course I swiped Apple's teflon buttons for the index/previous/next buttons.
This gallery I made manually (that is each page with a picture), but this morning I converted it to an iView HTML gallery theme. Of course I use a complicated system of php includes to manage my site layout so the iView template I created isn't generic enough to work on any other site.

I posted a generic gallery template on my website...
http://www.vasher.com/resources/iviewtemplate/
Anyone can download it and use it or even modify it if they want. Works with iView media pro.
