Hi all, I'm proud to say that I'm writing this message on my brand new iBook G4 12". It's my first Mac (lifelong Pc man) and I'm loving it.

My qeustion to you is, what programs can and should I download. Also can give me the URL's?

What a lovely little machine this is.

What you're asking is a life-long pursuit. So take these first steps:

puruse OSX books at your local bookstore. I've found several that give specific utility software recommendations along w/ functional details and download sites.

Get MacAddict magazine. A very good magazine - after many years as a MacUser / MacWorld reader I dropped them and got MacAddict. Hip, fun, informative. It's a bit pricy because each issue comes with a CD chocked full of software. And checkout www.macaddict.com
