Is a 20" PB on the way????

I already have a 17, so would 20 just be obscene? I'm not too worried about size. The only caviet I can think of is the battery life. I suppose if I can get a real-world useage of 3+hours, I'd buy it 5 minutes after anouncement.

Oh well.... if no twenty-inchers are on the way, I'm content to hold out for the G5's.....

No. i don't think apple is 'that' stupid. having a 20" Notebook would mean hell to portability. it would be more like those PC desknotes where you never use them in transit, but only transporting them from one place to another. and if you're really trasporting something that big, why not go all out and bring a tower like the G5 instead??

unless of course apple is targetting them as a foldable desktop instead of a notebook.

If it's thinner and the same weight as a 17" PBook I'd be the first in line to buy one.

The weight of the battery would kill this idea from the start.

I think a 20" PB would be as popular as the G4 Cube.
