Any ideas on how to get better airport reception on a Blue+White gen iBook with airportcard? I.E. antenna upgrades..... Anything

There's nothing you can really do to the iBook itself. Just be as close to the base station as possible, behind as few walls as possible, etc.

There are amplifier antennas you can get for Airport base stations to boost their signal, though.
