My Tibook has seen some wear and tear in the year I've had it and it's certainly held up well but I am starting to have some issues that I'm not sure how to handle.

Firstly the screen has held up well but it seems that an ever so slight yellowing has started to form around the bottom of the screen. Also, when starting up it is apparent that the menu bar at the top has been etched into the screen... and subesequently it's apparent that I waste far too much time surfing on safari. Are these normal issues?

And I'm sure this has been discussed before but I'm too lazy to dredge through the endless threads in this forum....

I've had my pb667 for about a year and so, of course the light coloured paint is starting to chip at an alarming rate, particularly where my right hand would come in contact with the computer (the top tiny rubber stopper has long since decayed). Is there anything I can do to restore my pb to its original glory?

Safari has also been a pain in the ass for the past couple of months too, constant beachballs. I don't have the money to upgrade to panther now either

And now, a useless screenshot:
