I'm new to this site and after reading a lot of post about the new iBooks which I have, I seen a lot people refering to the fan and the fact the fan has yet to come on. Now I didn't think this thing had a fan. If there is a fan where is it located?

There is a fan. It is located inside.

Where inside? Somewhere under the keyboard, towards the vents in the back. The fan lies flat.

Yeah now I found it, I just ran a hardware test and during the Logic Board Test, the fan kicked on for a few seconds then went off.
