I was wondering for those of you who have done it....I heard they just send you a burnt looking copy....Is it not an actual box like you would buy in the store???

Anyone who informed you about that is not telling you the truth at all. I ordered the up to date CD's for Panther and although they do not come in the Black Box that you see in the retail stores I assure you that they are not burned CD copies (not that it really matters) other than the normal reproductions from the factory.
In fact you get 4 CD's. CD 1 is the upgrade disc, CD 2 is the second install disc, CD 3 has the extra drivers and CD 4 are the XTools and you get a cool Black full sized color booklet with the Panther logo on the front just like retail box with all the Panther features on the inside and an instruction booklet on how to install Panther.

Make sure your order them soon. The up to date promo is ending early December.
