Well I suppose first thing is if mobility is important to you. If it is then compare an iBook to a PC laptop, if you would be happy with a desktop an iMac or eMac would suit you nicely as well. What do you plan to do with it?

Is this post a joke?
Why do you need a new computer?
Do you need it mobile?
What kind of software would you be using?
If you get a mac is it going to do anything about your retarded grammar?
Here's some links for you

I'd go with the iBook. Even though I don't have the slightest idea what you want . You probably shold be a little more specific with your questions if you want good answares.

Until I see something definitive about the status of the faulty logic boards in the ibooks (G3), I would steer clear of them. However, I haven't seen the same reports on the G4 ibooks yet although the apple boards are beginning to "heat" up about it.

In anycase the machine isn't the only issue. There is OS X and XP. I use both, administer a network with the latter, it simply comes as a matter of choice and from what you want to do.

If it is games, go PC, definitely an edge. But there are many uses.

Both platforms have their good points and bad.

Peace
