12" Combo Drive stopped working

	Hi. My PowerBook has stopped recognising any CDs or DVDs I put in (EDIT: Well after reinserting dvds about twice and spinning for a while it seems to recognise them but no luck with cds still). When I insert one it clicks and grinds (definitely mechancial sounding) for about 30 seconds then spits it back out. The Drive itself is still recognised, it just doesn't seems to want to mount any CDs. Any suggestions you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
