Prelude
I ordered my PowerBook G4 12" 864Mhz from Apple back in September and have only used it at home in very normal applications.
Nightmare Part I : Hardware Failures
For some reason, it started to behave in strange ways in past month, leading me to have it checked out by Apple two weeks ago. Verdict : logic board failure.

They replaced it with a new logic board and everything seemed fine for few hours before it started to malfunction again. I had it checked out this week, only to have yet another logic board installed. Sigh...
Has anyone else experienced this kind of sudden logic board failures in their PB's? I'm really afraid that it might happen again as it did in past two weeks.
Nightmare Part II : Rejected Authorizations
I had to reinstall and reauthorize few softwares and I am having trouble reauthorizing my favorites due to the changed system ID, which makes it look like I'm trying to install the ones with limited installation in different computers.
I've been trying to contact the agents at Native Instruments in Berlin, Germany to reauthorize my copies of Absynth 2 and Reaktor 4, but they have completely ignored my mails and faxes that I have send in past 10 days. Not only that, they have deactivated my account, so that I can't even download the updates for other authorized softwares that I have purchased from them. What the hell!?
What can I do now!? I'm really frustrated with their terrible support, if you can even call it that, and need some suggestions for getting my copies of Absynth and Reaktor reauthorized again.
Has anyone else had such terrible experience with software developers? If so, how did you resolve your crisis?
My fax included a copy of the service report, both in Japanese and English, that clearly stated the logic board replacement for my PB. I have send them my name, address, username, password and mail address. What else do they want!? If anyone has any tip on this trouble, I would really appreciate your kind suggestions. Thank you so much and I apologize for such long post.
