Has anyone ever hooked up a GPS to your powerbook? I want to see if I can hook up my Magellan to my 12" and run Route 66. Anyone ever done this? If so with which GPS

I haven't tried your setup but have researched what reciever would be best for me. Looking at Fortuna's bluetooth GPS receiver or one with a direct USB interface (not many yet).

You might want to give the Mac Mapping and GPS group over at Yahoo Groups a try. They've been discussing Route 66 and various external GPS receivers lately.
