i know i had a month to send pb in for repair. they sent a box out the day after i contacted support. turns out i couldn't part with it until after that 1 month period. haven't had time to call them back during hours. will i just need to get a new case #? or will i need a new airborn box as well?

Same box/ case #, I've waited as long as 8 months (p.o.s. pbook 12" rev. A). Just kept using my old 15".

I kept my box over 3 months, and ended up walk it into an Apple Store when I got back from school, but I seem to remember the Apple guy on the phone telling me that after a month, the dispatch number isn't valid. If you're not sure, definitely call them again... it won't hurt.

As another data point, i just sent my 12" in again after waiting a few months with the same box, and it came back 2 days later. No call in or anything. And it looks like it might actually work after 11 months now...
