Me = negative:

1. Expected / wanted G5 updates and/or price reduction.

2. Expected lower prices for iPod Minis.

3. Can't get excited by XServes - sorry, majority of us won't ever get to use one.

Since this was posted in the Powerbooks section, I assume that's what you are referring to. With the exchange program going on right now, I didn't expect any PB-specific items. If I'm back in the states in time, I'll be using that exchange program.

As for the rest of the conference, the new iLife looks very exciting. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

i belive apple offered to give you some money if you trade in an old ibook or powerbook but i dont think its much and it is the same price for all models
