I ordered my iBook 12" from apple.com last week, and it got shipped from on the 10th. I paid for 2 day shipping, but according to the FedEx tracking website, it still hasn't arrived anywhere since it left C.K.S. INTL AIRPORT TW (Taiwan?) on the 10th. Two days would be today, and 3 days would be tomorrow, assuming they consider the weekends part of those 2-3 days. I honestly would have thought it would be shipped from CA, but what do i know. Any one know what's up?

Most Apple hardware ships direct from Taiwan nowadays. Getting an overnight package from Taiwan to New York is quite a feat!
It you don't get it within 2 or 3 business days, I imagine you might be able to get some sort of partial refund of the shipping charges.

Yeah, it got 'shipped' on saturday, so i figured it woulda been in some sort of transit all weekend, even if it was just whatever route it could make. It actually just left alaska at 4:30 this afternoon, so it's still quite a ways away, unfortunately. I bought some RAM on the same day, even later actually, and i didnt pay at all for shipping, and it got moved over the weekend, albeit it was just from NJ, but still, was kinda hoping the iBook would move too. Oh well.

My iBook has finally left the international airport in taiwan. Now I am wondering how long its going to take before it reaches the US to pass US customs then how long will it take from where ever in the us my package is to reach me. I am in New York. I am kinda being a little kid at Christmas....I just want my iBook so I can rip it open.

Sounds like me last night. Finally got my iBook!
I ordered mine last Friday, shipped out that Saturday, sat at the airport for two days. It was in alaska Yesterday morning at 2:30am and was at my house, in PA, at 12:02pm. Pretty quick if you ask me.
