1. Slight speed jump... from 874 mhz to 1 ghz.

2. USB2 (the fast USB) on the Rev B's (finally) (Rev A's have the old USB1 slow usb).

3. DVD burner is faster ..2x instead of just 1x (at least I believe this is the case..I just looked on Apple's website and it does not state the burn speed of the superdrive on the 12".)

The differences are
1. the rev.b is 1GHz the rev A was only 867
2. The max install base RAM the Rev B is 256 rev A was only 128.
3. I also I believe the RAM in the rev B is faster than in the Rev A.
4. Not sure but I think the rev B has Bluetooth built in and the rev A didn't
5. rev B has USB 2.0 built in while the rev A was only 1.1.

aside from what was already mentioned, here are some other differences:
1. Rev A had only 256K L2 cache; the Rev B was upped to a full 512K L2
2. RevA superdrive does not support DVD-RW (you can get it but you have to apply a firmware hack that voids your warranty); the RevB superdrive supports DVD-RW as-is
3. there were some heat issues with the RevA that were fixed in the RevB (revB runs cooler)
4. The RevA only has a mini-VGA output. The RevB has a mini-DVI output.

Both have Bluetooth.

The graphics chipset also changed, from a GeForce 420 Go to a FX5200 Go chipset.

Also, it seems that the enhaced G4 processor on the rev. B machines causes less hot.
