Connecting Powerbook to network through bluetooth

Is it possible to connect my powerbook to a network through a PC with an USB-dongle? I don't have the money to buy a wifi-station at home right now, so thought perhaps it was possible to use bluetooth as a temporary alternative, but can't seem to find a way to connect to my pc's bluetooth-services, all I manage is to open up file-transfer.
