Power/Battery Icon does not update

	On my Pismo running 10.3.2 for about a week the the power icon in the menu bar does not update. It is set to show % and will not change up or down until I pull down the menu. (I'm not running any other programs that put icons in the menu bar - besides some apple ones) Today for the first time the battery icon did not change when I pluged the pismo in, again until I pulled down the menu. The icon does work some of the time - but only 20% of the time. It is an older battery but I do get about 1.5 - 2 hours of runtime out of it. Any ideas? Thanks.
