Alright guys, I'm new here, and I've got a bit of a problem. I recently bought a 12" G4 PowerBook from a friend. 867MHz, SuperDrive, 256 MB RAM. I reinstalled OSX (I'm not exactly sure what version - whatever came with the computer), and gave it to a friend for a week. When I got it back, I tried to restart it. It shut down, started back up, went through all the motions, but instead of all the icons and menus popping up like usual, it went to a plain blue screen. I see my mouse, and I can move it, but there are no images or text. The screen dimms when I don't use it, and goes into sleep mode, too. Any ideas what's wrong? I've tried restarting it a few times by holding the power button down, but nothing seems to work.
Thanks for the help.
