hi, i was curious as to what others think of this setup. i have read that the keyboard/mouse takes a couple seconds before they start responding. its not really a big deal for me. but what bothered me with the mouse as that it was extremely slow. even with the tracking speed set to max, the mouse still was not very reponsive. slower than what i normally use. does any one else experience this as well? tracking speed adjusts fine when i have a usb mouse plugged in. fast on max speed. i had to return it due to that. i want to get the logitech setup but the mouse/keyboard is 180 for bluetooth version and 90 for he mouse alone. anyone know if the logitech experiences this problem? and does it have the couple seconds of lag on connect as well? also do these bluetooth mouse/keyboards actually wake up the powerbook? sometimes it doesnt when i had the ms bluetooth setup.

Is this with the most recent Bluetooth update? Maybe that fixes some of the issues you were having

my thought is that your powerbook is probably rejecting anything microsoft.

seriously, though... i have no experience with microsoft or logitech periferals, but i do have an apple wireless keyboard and mouse connected to my TiBook through an external usb bluetooth dongle. works perfectly -- wakes the computer (which is way cool because i attached my 'book to my tv and stereo and can operate iTunes from the couch), and absolutely no lag.
