Ok, does anyone have anything that might help me here.... I have noticed little problems with my ALUM 15" G4's superdrive. Namely when I put in a DVD-R, or certain CDs the screen goes black, and the machine will no longer respond. Only a hard reset will get it back to life... HOWEVER, I dont have any of these problems when Im just running on the battery and not the power supply. I can launch iDVD with the powersupply hooked up, and its says I dont have a valid super drive, but on the battery it works fine! WHAT THE HELL!!! Any ideas?
