Hello,
I've a small problem... last night I dropped a pen on my Powerbook G4... next to the tracking pad. Here's the problem, it left behind a very small scratch... It's nothing much, you can barely see it, but she's there..... annoying me. Is there any kind of polish available which can remove small scratches such as this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again.

the portion of the laptop you are referring to is anodized aluminum. that is, its a plating put onto metal. if you have scratched the plating off, there is little you can do.

i've successfully removed ink from the aluminum finish with 'goof off' when i had an 'accident'. definitely not for use on plastics tho..it will melt right through it and paint.
if it aint' broke, break it.

I don't think so. I have some scratches on the bottom of my PB and I tried to get them off with Brasso, but they did not go away.
