I have a call waiting is that what cause the problen to hangup? but i dont know how to turn the call waiting off. The note said the modem unexpectedly hang-up please check your network setting and try again. Dont know how to fix it please help. Thank u

if I remember right you would put a *70, in front of the phone number and that should turn off call waiting
