This is a great place to start, but
www.pbzone.com
www.pbcentral.com
www.powerpage.org
are all good sites focussed on mobile Mac computing. I believe all 3 have forums, too.

Apple itself has separate iBook G4 and iBook G3 forums. It's for tech stuff only, you can't discuss frivolous Apple rumors such as whether the next iBook will be a water-cooled dual G5 chip with advanced Superspeed DVD authoring.

Hey All

Thanks!!!

I'm just looking for some other places to get answer... Not that this Place is Bad or anything.

I'm a Newbie to the Apple thing, well kind of. My last Apple's were a LISA and MAC SE... Since Apple went with UNIX-BSD-DARWIN-LINUX OS type. I wanted something besides my Debian system(DeskTop, LapTop). Something that gives me a solid system, and one that I can just download drivers for and not have to re-compile and mess with. Although Debians APTO is a great program for updating.

Thanks!!!

You're welcome. But remember, there ain't no Linux in OSX! Darwin-BSD-UNIX, yes, but no Linux.

apt is wonderful, but I'm ok with using Software Update. You can use fink to install Unix apps that have been ported to the Mac ala dselect/apt.
