For the last two months my screen has been blinking, the light goes from full brightness to half and back.
I think this is an hardware problem, because moving the screen a little solves the problem for some seconds.

Have anybody had such a problem?
My warranty is expired, how much will it costs me?

See here for the fix. It's a known issue affecting all G3 iBooks.

Is my iBook covered by the logic board program?
The serial number is in the correct range, but is my problem the same that Apple describes?

I'd give it a try.

If your problem is affected by moving the screen, it's the chaffed wire described in the link above. I don't know the details of the logic board program, since my iBook was too old I never looked into it, but it may be possible that taking Apple up on it will get the appropriate wire replaced for you in the process.

The wire at issue is the one that provides power to the inverter for the backlight, generally referred to as the reed switch cable, since that's also attached and that's how Apple refers to the repair part.
