Sometimes, if I am in certain spots of the screen, clicks on either my mouse or trackpad. It's as if the system doesn't even recognize a clickable space, because if it's a link, then the mouse stays a regular cursor rather than switching to a Mickey Mouse glove. This is particularly strange on longer links, where it's a cursor on parts of the link, a glove on others. Is this a documented problem? Is there a fix for it? The dead spots appears to be in the parts of the picture below.

I have a 12" iBook G4 running 10.3.2. If you need any more info, just ask.

I have this same problem, but its on my Emac (g4, 1 gighz). The dead spot is above the task bar in the lower left corner of the screen.

It's driving me crazy.

HELP.
