Hello!

i recieved my g4 ibook from the apple store last friday, and am very happy except for one thing.

the top casing of it has a number of small scratches and blemishes - when i look at it in the light i can see the outline of where a sticker was placed. im not too happy about this.

i have bought refurb items from apple before and they have always been flawless. is there something i can do about this, or is this normal?

By definition, refurbished items can have such small imperfections. I believe it's explained on Apple's web site.
