I try to log myself in on this site to order something. I didn't have problem logging in using my other computer, but when I use my G4 it keep saying security failure. data decryption error. Im the only one that uses my G4 . How can I solve it? Please help.. Thank You

Have you tried updating to the latest version? (You can get it from Microsoft's site.) Or, have you given Safari a try?
