Apparently, my Powerbook has been sending out random emails to other locations. I know this because I keep getting 'Mail Delivery Failed' messages that have email addresses of seemingly random characters and/or email addresses that I haven't been mailing.

Do I have a virus? If so, how do I get rid of it?

It's driving me crazy! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, you probably don't have a virus. In all likelihood, someone else with your address in their address book has a virus. This virus then sends out e-mails pretending to be you, so, when they bounce, they bounce to your address.

But, if it would make you feel safer, you can always run an antivirus program.

I agree. Someone you know probably has a virus. Not you. And he has a PC for sure
